16-March. The government disposes the transfer of around USD110 per family. This is not universalmeant for food expenses of vulnerable families for two weeks. As the State of Emergency has been extended this transfer has been disposed more times (same amount for every two weeks). The transfer was then extended to some Independent Workers (many of them informal), which do not currently hold contracts. On April 23, the President announced the same transfer but this time with "inverse targeting", meaning it would give the same amount for "everyone but the people in no need, who are currently receiving a salary". This is meant to reach 75% of the total population.
