Qatar on 22 July announced to allow citizens and permanent residency holders to travel outside the country and return at any time, and residents outside the country to return from 1 August. According to the COVID-19 Qatar National Response Plan, Qatar enters into the phase 3 on July 28th . the regulation allows limited gatherings of up to 10 people indoors, 30 people outdoors and the restricted mosques opening for Friday prayers at 54 mosques.
