While there is no explicit mention of scope of contact tracing carried out by the government, it does seem like it has been comprehensive. On 7 March, Minister of Health signed an Order imposing a ban on all gatherings of more than 500 people at events in indoor public places in the Republic if Slovenia. However, it doesn't seems like all public events have been explicitly banned. The government has issued a decree, which is valid from June 8, that permits entry for the nationals of the following 17 countries considered as epidemiologically safe: Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia and Switzerland. Those persons coming from the countries that are not under the list above, despite having citizenship of any of the 17, must go through 14 days of quarantine upon arrival in Slovenia.
